Q: What if I don't have a reservation yet?
A: You can still order a package. In the checkout, just enter "no reservation" in hotel fields. Then get a hotel from Uberoom or any other source, and reply to your Order Confirmation Email with the hotel name and confirmation number.
Q: Do I call my hotel?
A: Nope. All you have to do is order and we handle everything else.
Q: Which hotels, B&Bs, or VRBOs can I get decorated?
A: Yours! Any one in the U.S.! Your card is not charged until set-up is confirmed.
Q: What if I change my mind?
A: You can save $25.00 and set it up yourself, change your reservation, or cancel your order.
Q: Do we get to keep everything?
A: Yes. Everything is yours to keep.
Q: Can we order last minute?
A: Order early and get free shipping!
Q: Can I surprise a loved one?
A: Yes! Even if a reservation is in someone else's name, we make sure everyone keeps it a surprise.

  1. Can we have a room decorated at our home?
    Yes but we do not set it up.  However, if you set-up your own Überoom you save $25.00!

    The set-up is easy.  Each Überoom comes with step-by-step directions and should take no longer than 20 minutes, while the average room takes 12 minutes.

    As you enter your product information, when selecting your Set-up Method just choose "Self Set-Up" and your $25.00 discount will be automatically applied.

  2. Do we get to keep everything?
    Yes. No matter where the Überoom is delivered and set-up, we provide a list of products that were included in your package and a bag for you to take them with you!

  3. What if we want to change the set-up date?
    All Überooms are scheduled to arrive the day before the original set-up day. If you the Überoom is already shipped, we can not make any changes. In that case, we give you a contact at your hotel, bed & breakfast, or vacation rental to make any last minute changes to the time of the set-up. If you are staying multiple days, we strongly recommend the room be scheduled for set-up on day 1. It is easier for staff and management, as it is often too difficult to ask they set it up within a time window while you are out.

  4. How long does it take to decorate a room?
    Each Überoom should take no longer than 20 minutes to set-up.  The average room decoration time is 12 minutes.

  5. Are the sheets washed?
    Yes.  All our sheets are professionally washed and ironed before they ship.

  6. When will my Überoom be set-up?
    - Hotels, Bed & Breakfasts, and Vacation Rentals
    We strongly recommend you have your room set-up on the day you arrive.  If you need you room arranged at any time other than before you check-in, we will arrange it with the hotel staff.  We always make sure your package arrives the day before your scheduled set-up. That way, in the rare event of a shipping delay, your celebration will still go on without a hitch!   7. Why don't you use confetti in your room packages?
    Confetti can get caught in the carpet and be difficult for staff to clean up.  We try to make our packages unique and fun as well as thoughtful for cleaning staff.
