Bright Red Streamers are the perfect addition to any party. We usually add them to birthdays and anniversaries, but Red Streamers, also called serpentine streamers, have been added to celebrations for centuries. These festive accessories have been used in military celebrations, holiday decorations, and even weddings.
Whenever you see party streamers playfully dancing with the light, think about how boring an empty table top or plain corner of the room would be without it. Or maybe, just enjoy the spectrum of colors they produce. These streamers can be curled with a knife blade or scissors by gently placing the streamer between your thumb and the blade, and slowly sliding the streamer down the line. But be careful!
